Customer Covered Fees (Surcharging)

If you would like to pass on transaction fees to your customer, you can easily manage this under each payment form's configuration.


To configure customer-paid transaction fees:


  1. Select Payment Forms from the main menu, or go directly to one of the pre-built Payment Form categories.
  2. Scroll or use the Search function to find your desired payment form.
  3. Click your desired payment form, then click Edit to make changes.
  4. Click to Checkout tab and check the box for Customer Can Choose to Pay Card Fees


Note: Customer paid transaction fees are optional even when enabled. Your customer may still choose not to cover the cost of the payment processing.
