Our platform is built to support chargeback mitigation best practices and minimize the risk of friendly fraud. We do this in several key ways:


  1. Individual Statement Descriptors: Every merchant receives a unique statement descriptor that clearly identifies them on customers’ bank or card statements. This helps prevent disputes caused by generic descriptors.
  2. Enforced Merchant Branding: From checkout to receipts, merchant branding is maintained. Merchants can upload their logo in Account Settings, and further customizations at the payment form level ensure customers always know who they're transacting with.
  3. Easy Receipt Resending: If a customer is confused by a transaction, resending a receipt is quick and simple.
  4. Effortless Refunds: Should a customer change their mind, issuing a refund takes just a couple of clicks.


In the unlikely event of a dispute, our Support team receives near real-time alerts from the card network and takes immediate action to prevent a chargeback, providing all necessary evidence (such as transaction receipts) to resolve the issue. If additional information is needed, our team uses the platform messaging function to request further evidence from the merchant.
