Roles & Permissions

Collaboration is essential on our platform, allowing you and your team to maximize its benefits for your business. You can assign different Roles and Permissions to team members based on their specific tasks.


To Set Roles and Permissions:

  1. Click the cog icon for Settings in the lower left corner of your screen.
  2. Navigate to Team.
  3. Click the ellipsis button (three dots) next to the role designation of the team member record you wish to edit and select Manage Permissions.
  4. This reveals a side panel in which you select modify the team member's permission, add or deny access to specific platform functionality based on your organization's requirements and policies.
